My name is Jackie and I am a wife and mum of 3 teenage kids living in beautiful Queensland,  Australia. 

Over the years I have made quite a few birthday cakes for my kids and have recently discovered that cake decorating can be a lot of fun.  By all means I am no expert,  but am learning slowly the art of cake decorating.  There are so many beautiful designs and ideas available, not to mention the cake decorating tools out there which help us make the perfect finish on our cakes.
